The location was certainly convenient.
My room's kettle didn't work. The bathroom fixtures were loose, and the toiletries were secured to the wall like I was in some budget hotel. I thought this hotel was supposed to be better.

nice staff helpful team
all staff members were nice and helpful. saad and his team welcomed us and took care of us so kindly. i felt instantly relieved. it was a wonderful staying at the hotel, really
i booked and paid upfront for two days. i was marked as a no-show since my arrival was later than expected. there was no phone call or email.

the location is fantastic and convenient. it is close to the tube and spitalfields. i found it easy to walk around and explore, so i did. i loved how accessible everything was.
